While many people are concerned about the real estate market I am very optimistic. It has been stated by multiple economist that this is the best time to buy a home in the last 15 years! Interest rates are now at a 40 year low. How long will it be until we see another amazing buyers market? I don't know but my prediction is that prices will stabilize and interest rates begin to rise.
